For Stefani, real estate has always been about much more than buying and selling homes. It’s about relationships, trust and being there for people through some of life’s biggest transitions.

Throughout her career, Stefani has had the privilege of helping clients buy their first homes, move as their families grow, purchase luxury properties, downsize into their next chapter and help aging parents make difficult transitions. One of the most rewarding parts of being in the business for more than two decades is now helping the children of past clients purchase homes of their own.

With extensive experience throughout New Albany, including New Albany Links, Upper Albany West, Windsor, Straits Farm and surrounding communities, Stefani combines local market knowledge with a highly personal, hands-on approach. Her business has been built almost entirely through referrals and repeat clients—something she considers one of the greatest compliments she can receive.

From preparing a home for the market and coordinating trusted vendors to staging, marketing, negotiations and closing, Stefani stays involved throughout the entire process. She understands that every move has a story behind it, and her goal is to make the experience as seamless as possible while always protecting her clients’ best interests.

Stefani is also proud to call New Albany home and loves being part of the community she serves. Outside of real estate, her favorite role is being “Nanny” to her three granddaughters. She loves spending time with family, traveling, trying new restaurants, walking and enjoying the quieter moments in life.
